You should copy the example of configuration file on your computer, inside a file located on the config directory, which will be your own configuration file...

Are you really sure you want to use program like Telemac?
It's not a "push button" software so it needs some basics knowledge (Fortran, OS, ...)

yes ofcourse ,because I worked on before ,and I know how to use it but I changed my Pc and I should reinstall it but I couldn't re-install it correctly untel now!
but I will try to do what are you suggesting to me now.
