open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I hav been trying to install the latest automatic installation version of Telemac2D on my windows7(64 bit) PC but I am encountering error during installation. I hav tried uninstalling and again reinstalling,but again its showing the error. The error window screenshot is attached alongwith.
