how does it affect the result(if not activated)?

Though, the explanation about the following options given in the manual are very little. Help me in knowing the details of the following solver options of TELEMAC3D.

DYNAMIC BOUNDARY CONDITION OPTION
NUMBER OF INTERMEDIATE REFERENCE LEVEL
NUMBER OF SUB-ITERATIONS FOR NON LINEARITIES
