Hello,
Suppose for any 3D case with tracers, i wish to apply a single source point in the domain with 4 tracers (TRAC1, TRAC2, TRAC3, TRAC4 at that single source point). And then, there will be only one discharge(say Q1) at that source point. In such case, will the discharge considered while calculating diffusion step(to include along with the diffusion term) for each tracer will be the same Q1?

Yes the discharge is the same as it's independant of the tracers
