open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I'm trying to download the TELEMAC software from the official website (Download Page), but I'm encountering issues. I’ve already logged into my account, but the download link seems inactive, and I can't proceed with the download.

I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and switching browsers, but the issue persists. Could someone help me understand if there’s a known problem or if I’m missing any steps?

You must remove the "s" from "https" in the download URL, as opentelemac.org does not officially support TLS. Modern browsers activate it automatically, which has the effect of breaking the website somewhat. So if you want to download the TELEMAC setup for Windows, you can do so by entering :
http://www.opentelemac.org/index.php/component/jdownloads/summary/23-installation-files/3431-telemac-v8p4-setup?Itemid=54
instead of :
https://www.opentelemac.org/index.php/component/jdownloads/summary/23-installation-files/3431-telemac-v8p4-setup?Itemid=54

You need to copy/paste the URL directly into your browser's address bar for this to work, otherwise it may be automatically redirected to https.

Unfortunately, the copy-and-paste method without the "s" doesn't work...

Actually I'm looking for the version in the attachment, from the Archive...
Is it possible to have a direct link?
I tried with wget and with many browsers (even relaxing setting about TSL and SSL), but I'm not able to download it.
I have an Installer of the version v8p4, but we get a lot of errors when running cases (we are not able to solve all of them, even if we spent a lot of time reading the forum and trying).

The image you enclosed is very old and not relevant for the recent version...
subversion is no londer used, python is now python3
